Definitions

Project: A public GitHub repository registered on opub so donors can fund donated compute for that codebase.
Donated compute: Dollar balance for model tokens. Maintainers spend it by creating capped compute keys.
Verify: GitHub owner, admin, or maintain access confirms you can operate keys for the project.
Compute key: A dollar-limited credential maintainers use with agents and CLI tools to spend project balance.
