Direct key use
Using a compute key outside opub run, where spend still accrues to the project without local session context.
Direct key use means a maintainer uses a compute key outside opub run. The provider-reported token spend still accrues to the project, but opub does not have recent local session context for that run.
In opub, direct key use keeps compute keys flexible. Maintainers can configure a key in a provider-compatible tool, and the project still receives spend events when provider metadata identifies the key.
Direct key use is different from linked spend. It can debit the project balance through provider spend, but it should not imply opub saw the maintainer's local session.
