Token spend

Token spend is provider-reported model usage that debits a project's donated compute balance. opub records it as append-only spend events, rolls it up to the project, and links it to a compute key when provider metadata allows it.

This is how donated compute becomes an auditable ledger instead of a vague allowance. Donors can see that the project balance changed because maintainers used model tools, while maintainers can keep using ordinary token-based providers.

When provider metadata connects a spend event to a compute key, opub can show that spend as Linked. If the event only rolls up to the project, it still debits the balance and remains part of the project ledger.
